Our New York office was established in 1987. The office, which is now the firm’s second largest, has experienced significant growth in the last five years through the addition of lateral partner groups in capital markets, securities litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring. The New York office has an active technology licensing and transactional practice, especially focused on clients in the internet, interactive media, entertainment, outsourcing and life science industries.
