From east of Sacramento (Highway 50):

On Highway 50, take the exit to I-5 North, and immediately exit at Q Street, which is a one-way street.
Continue on Q Street a few blocks to 5th Street.
Make a left on 5th street
Go a few blocks and pass N Street.
Enter the garage to the left.

From east of Sacramento (I-80):

On I-80, take the I-5 exit South.
Exit at J Street to the signal.
Turn right at the signal on 3rd Street to N Street.
Take a left on N Street.
Go two blocks and make a left on 5th Street.
