and initiative campaigns, including drafting initiatives, campaign committee compliance, ballot measure litigation and overall

Representative Matters
San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. Advised client on all state laws relating to the formation of this public agency, including the Political Reform Act and
the Brown Act.
Centex Homes. Advise client on conflict of interest issues involving City Council members voting on development project in City of Santa
Paula.
Triad Development Company/Standard Pacific. Provide political and legal advice to client in defeating referendum challenging the Vacaville City Council's approval of
a development project.
Save Pittsburg PAC. Provided political and legal advice to political action committee, including committee formation and compliance with all
state and local campaign reporting requirements.
El Camino Hospital and El Camino Hospital District. Advise non-profit hospital and public hospital district on various issues involving finance, public bidding, land use, CEQA
compliance, initiatives, the Political Reform Act, and the Brown Act.
Santa Ana Unified School District. Advised client on allegations of illegal conduct during recall of District Board Member.
